MiniStats is a MetaMod: Source plugin for Source engine based servers like CS:S, DOD:S and TF2 that provides the interactivity with HLStatsX ingame, gives extra logging required for hit detection and adds a feature called morestats to show damage stats to the player.

When do i need to use the ms_team1name / ms_team2name cvars?

Basically when you run a mod thats does not have hard coded support ( as pr 2.0.0 RC1 CSS,DoD,Empires,PKVII,Dystopia,Insurgency,TF2 )

Can i run this plugin with Mani or statsmeminimum ?

No. These plugins allready provide the features this plugin does, so it would be redundant
